• Following a weather warning which predicts a fall in road surface temperature (RST) at your property, we will automatically attend your site that same evening or in the early hours of the morning.

• During the visit we will spread clean white rock salt on all surfaces required, significantly reducing the risks of ice and snow. This may include access roads, entrances, exits, parking areas, doorways, stairwells, playgrounds and footpaths.

• All large areas will be gritted using our own industry-standard gritting vehicles and footpaths completed with push along salt-spreaders.

• Following the visit, you will receive a gritting confirmation email informing you of the time we attended your site(s).
